"This was overall a positive experience for me. I had no idea what type of wood was used in my cabinets, nor what was available to make them pretty again. I learned a lot from the person who came out to appraise my project. He was patient and helpful. All his information was confirmed by other bidders for my project. Because he was so professional, obviously knew what he was talking about and patiently spoke with me, I chose Sound Finish even though they were not the lowest bid. I found all of their employees very courteous, always insuring that they were careful and accommodating. For example, once I needed a sticky-note posted on the other side of my kitchen. The employee happily stopped what he was doing, went through the plastic "wall" to retrieve the note so I could continue with what I was doing. After a brief miscommunication at the beginning of the project (which was entirely my fault), everything went without a hitch. Thank you for my "new", beautiful cabinets!"
